I have been involved in athletics for 17 years, competing internationally for 10 of those. I had the great fortune to have my best race in front of a world audience when I finished 2nd in the 2000 Great North Run. I still enjoy running at a high level for my club and I recently completed my first London marathon comfortably under 3 hours.

My personal One to One fitness training are aimed at people who are looking for someone to push you into a fitness routine that suits your individual needs.
Not everyone is confident enough to take part in 'group' sessions, so a One to One session will help YOU, as it is toaly based on your goals.

One to One sessions are suitable for anyone. I have clients who are just looking to stay fit and keep some weight off so they can enjoy their lives, rather than go on see-saw diets and training routines. I also have clients who have more specific goals - to run a marathon in under 4 hours or take part in a 10km road race without stopping.

As an international athlete who started out representing his school, I know how to achieve goals and by setting realistic milestones we can both achieve them.

Active Fitness
Fitness and good health are there to be enjoyed by EVERYONE. My One to One personal fitness training sessions are designed to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy getting fit and more importantly staying fit.

Too many people work hard to get to their target weight, or run a marathon, only to give everything up once they have achieved their goal. My sessions are designed around the individual, and what you like. That way you will enjoy staying fit and healthy as part of your life.

Nutrition
A healthy, balanced diet is essential for everyone, but that doesn't mean eating pasta and water for the rest of your life - far from it. It doesn't mean you can never have a 3 course meal with choclate cake for desert ever again! It means a balanced diet that contains all your daily essentials and combining this with a healthy fitness routine will mean you can enjoy your life and not feel guilty about that occasional Big Mac!
