Lee Valley Athletics Centre: World Class Facilities

I am based in Edmonton, North London.

I am able to visit clients in their own home or meet up pretty much anywhere in the Greater London area but my base camp for training is the Lee Valley Athletics Centre, Picketts Lock, Edmonton.

This brand new £16 million facility is the best of it's kind in the south east of England and is also the new home of Enfield and Haringey athletics team of which I am the former team captain. The Athletics Centre will no doubt help produce the next generation of team GB athletes many of whom will hopefully be a part of the London Olympics in 2012.

The Athletics Centre has the following facilites:

  • 200 metre indoor track
  • Seperate 130 metre sprint straight
  • Permanent seating for 500 spectators indoors
  • Strength and conditioning suite
  • Specialist indoor throws area
  • Cafeteria
  • 400 metre, 8 lane outdoor track
  • Permanent seating for 350 spectators outdoors
  • Field event equiptment
  • Free car parking
  • ...and much more

There is also a golf course on site if you fancy playing a few holes as well as a multi screen cinema with plenty of restaurants nearby.
